Shipping Policy

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS,UPS,FedEx,DHL

All orders are processed on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays within united state of america ). Please note that if your order was placed over the weekend, it will be processed the following week.

You are responsible for the correct input of the delivery address;GMV does not hold any responsibility for shipments that have been delivered on an incorrect address (that was communicated with GMV prior to the shipment). In case GMV needs additional information regarding a delivery address such as if your confirmed Paypal mailing address is different from your shipping address you input,  you may be approached by GMV in order to provide additional information. A delay in the delivery may occur in case additional information regarding the delivery address is needed.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate shipment the item(s) will be shipped immediately once back in stock with no additional shipping charges.
